Visiting The Island Care Home
On 11th December, Mrs Friday took a group of children to visit The Island Care Home. During this visit the children sang a variety of Christmas Carols and presented the residentials with some beautiful cards that the children across the school had made for them.

St Clement's Christmas Fair 2025
Thank you to all who attended and supported our School Christmas Fair on Friday, 5th December.
It was a wonderful event, and we are incredibly proud of how our community came together to make it such a success.
Our Year Six pupils were exceptional in leading the stalls and representing our school so confidently. I would also like to give a special thank you to our stallholders, particularly George’s and Rio’s parents, who helped spread the word and sourced many additional stalls for the event.
A big thank you as well to Mrs Friday and her band, who, as always, were fantastic—lifting our spirits and filling the afternoon with Christmas cheer!
And of course, a big thank you to our Santa!
We were incredibly fortunate to have him visit, and we are very grateful that he took the time to join us and make the event even more magical.

World Environment
Day 2025
On Thursday 5th June, we took part in World Environment Day. This was to raise awareness of plastic pollution and the impact this can have on our wildlife, #BeatPlasticPollution!
The children took part in a litter picking challenge to explore the amount of plastic waste they could find in our school community.
Year 1 took part in an exciting campaign, called 'Plastic Clever Schools' and created this amazing video to share what they had learnt from the day.

We are extremely proud of the children and this wonderful achievement.

On Friday 16th May, we celebrated 'Endangered Species Day'. Our school focus was endangered animals and each class focused on a different animal.
Our reception class set the whole school a challenge to take part in 'Wear in Wild'! This involved the children dressing up as an animal or wearing animal print. KS1 and EYFS then had a cake sale after school and raised £86 to sponsor an endangered animal.

Theatre Trip to Joseph
In January our KS2 children went to watch 'Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat' at the Marlowe Theatre in Canterbury.
This was an absolutely incredible experience for our children and everyone who attended the trip was blown away by the show!
